About Ranrikegården

We are looking for you who want to work day/evening at our care and nursing home Ranrikegården – a safe home for people with dementia in the heart of Kungälv. Here there are 50 lovely apartments and a wonderful team waiting for you! Many of our tenants love to go out and walk longer distances – therefore, it is a big plus if you enjoy fresh air and walks! 🌿🚶‍♀️

Responsibilities

• Provide our tenants with safe and good care based on their needs
• Assist with personal care, meals, and social activities 🍲
• Collaborate with relatives and create meaningful meetings
• Daily chores such as cleaning and laundry 🧹👕
• Delegated health and medical care tasks 💊
• Contact person and representative duties – here you get a chance to influence and develop! 🌟

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people, ensuring good care, and want to contribute to meaningful meetings with our tenants. You should have good collaboration skills, work with quality awareness, and be able to create trusting relationships. As a person, you are empathetic, flexible, self-driven, and responsible.

To be considered for this position, you need to be:

• Trained as a care assistant where you can demonstrate a protected professional title or trained as a nursing aide
• Have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in care and nursing.
• If you have further education in dementia care or previous experience working with dementia care.
• Experience in social documentation.
• And preferably enjoy being outdoors and walking – it makes the job even more fun! 🌳
