We are looking for nursing assistants as well as nursing, medical and healthcare students for summer internships in 2026.

Your tasks

The healthcare system in Region Sörmland is looking for individuals who want a stimulating job with varied and interesting assignments. You should enjoy working with people, be flexible, and have good collaboration skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

You will perform, plan, and follow up on nursing work within healthcare at the clinic where you are placed.

Your qualifications

• We are looking for you who have a recognized education as a nursing assistant. In addition to your grades as a nursing assistant, you need a certificate of your professional qualification from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate proving that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023.

We are also looking for:

• Nursing assistant students who have completed at least term 4 by summer 2026.
• Nursing students who have completed term 3 by summer 2026.
• Medical students who have completed term 3 by summer 2026.

Since the work largely involves communication, we require you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Multilingualism is an asset.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment type

Fixed-term employment, irregular working hours may occur as we operate around the clock. Start date is ongoing, by agreement.
