About Us

Trosa Health Center is a well-functioning health center with approximately 14,500 registered patients and about 50 dedicated and competent employees. The health center is centrally located in Trosa and is the only one in the surrounding area. We are 50 km from the nearest hospital in Nyköping, yet close to Stockholm.

With us, you will have a varied job with patients of all ages. We have a good atmosphere and work in patient-centered teams. We are constantly working to improve our work both within the profession and for the entire health center together with other professions.

The health center consists of a medical and district nurse clinic, rehabilitation clinic, and child health center. The rehabilitation clinic has a broad competence and consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and conversation therapists.

The physiotherapists are currently five people with long experience in the profession and in primary care, of which 2 are specialists. We are committed to ensuring that you receive a good introduction to the workplace and the organization as a whole. If you are new to the profession, one of the experienced colleagues will become your mentor with special responsibility to guide you in your new professional role. We invest in professional development through regular internal training and external courses.

Your Main Responsibilities

As a physiotherapist at the health center, you are the first point of contact for patients with pain and symptoms from the musculoskeletal system, which includes both acute, subacute, and chronic issues. The work includes individual consultations in the form of examination, assessment, and treatment, as well as various group treatments.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a license as a physiotherapist. You are a person with a professional approach who puts the patient in focus, has a good demeanor, and is motivated by development. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in primary care as well as further education in OMT, MDT, or behavioral medicine.

Great emphasis is also placed on personal qualities and suitability.

Employment Type and Workload

Permanent position 100% or as agreed. Start date and workload according to agreement.
