The operation in Hultsfred is now looking for more colleagues for a varied job that includes both patrol and stationary assignments. Here you will have the opportunity for diverse tasks in an international atmosphere that characterizes the assignment.

Working as a guard suits you if you enjoy meeting people and helping them in their daily lives. As a guard at our office in Hultsfred, you will become part of a close-knit team. The shifts vary in length but often consist of 12-hour shifts during the day or night. The schedule may include day, night, and weekend work.

As a patrolling guard, you are responsible for performing surveillance for several clients during your shift. You will travel between clients using a service vehicle and carry out various types of inspection checks, including area surveillance, internal patrols, alarm connections, and openings and closings for clients. In this role, it is important to document your work and any deviations you encounter. The work is independent and often perceived as free, but with a great responsibility. The role of a patrolling guard suits you if you want a job that allows you to be active.

As a stationary guard, you provide security on-site for one of our clients. Depending on which client you are with, the tasks may vary. You may work as a receptionist at a larger company or perform surveillance in the form of checking those entering and exiting, patrolling, alarm management, and camera monitoring. Regardless of which client you work for, your main task is to be attentive and ensure that everything is in order. You work independently and under your own responsibility, often both day and night.

Requirements

• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Driver's license B
• Pass a security clearance interview (conducted by Securitas during the recruitment process)

Preferred Qualifications

• have previously worked with similar tasks
• have a civilian or military security guard training
• Have a good level of proficiency in English

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from the first year of high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legal compliance, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
