The outpatient psychiatric care in Falun is now looking for a dedicated licensed nurse who wants to be part of our knowledgeable, warm, and development-oriented team. We offer psychiatric specialist care for adults and work cross-professionally with a focus on assessments, patient participation, and care processes. As a nurse, you are a central part of the patient's journey. You will work with:

• Assessment and follow-up conversations
• Medication management
• Psychoeducation
• Documentation and collaboration in cross-professional teams
• Acting as the patient's primary care contact and co-developing care plans with the patient
• Development and improvement work within the organization

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse (experience in psychiatry is an advantage but not a requirement)
• Has an empathetic, professional, and secure approach
• Enjoys working in a team but can also take initiative
• Is curious, solution-oriented, and wants to contribute to a developing organization
