We are now looking for a service talent for a temporary position in a combined role. It includes most of what makes the workday fun and varied!

We are looking for employees for a diverse role where you can combine your service skills to take care of guests in the reception, spa, and our wine bar.

The position is available as a temporary contract at 90%.

ABOUT THE POSITION

One word summarizes this position: Service! Here you will divide your shifts between our newly opened reception, our wine bar, and the popular Sinnenas Spa. You will assist guests with everything from check-in to serving wine and replenishing fresh towels in the spa. Perfect for you who want variety and a lot of contact with people. The working hours for the 90% position include daytime as well as evenings and weekends.

ABOUT YOU

Perhaps you have worked in a reception before – or do you possibly have experience from a café or restaurant? The tasks in the reception, Sinnenas Spa, and wine bar vary, but they are primarily about being attentive and providing good service. We will train you on the details, but the most important thing is your natural talent and personality: you care about ensuring that guests have a great experience! If you are also interested in wine and perhaps have sommelier training, that is a big plus.

FACTS

Scope: Temporary position 90% (1 year with a chance of extension)

Start: January 1, 2026

Salary: Monthly, weekly, or hourly salary according to collective agreement.

A driver's license is almost a requirement for the position. Having access to a car is also an advantage for commuting to and from work. Unfortunately, there is no local transport to Ästad.

SINNENAS SPA

Sinnenas Spa is inspired by nature and the surroundings of Ästad Vingård. Here you will find several exclusive bathing and sauna environments both indoors and outdoors. The Smakbaren serves lighter meals and drinks.

ABOUT ÄSTAD VINGÅRD

Ästad Vingård is one of Sweden's largest vineyards with organic grape growing and its own wine production. The main grape grown is Solaris, focusing on sparkling wine. The estate has 82 rooms for overnight guests. There is also Sinnenas Spa, inspired by the surrounding nature reserves of Åkulla beech forests. The restaurants Logen and Smakbaren serve everything from breakfast to lunch, small dishes, and dinner. Adjacent to Ästad Vingård is also Restaurant ÄNG. Ästad Vingård is a family-owned company in its third generation, located just outside Varberg.
