Logistics Coordinator for Pharmaceutical Company in Solna

About the Position

As a logistics coordinator, you will be an important part of the production and responsible for ensuring that the right clothing and equipment are in place for smooth operations. You will also work with inventory, registration of stock balances, and other tasks related to the material flow.

This is an active and mobile role where you will be standing and walking for a large part of the day, and you thrive best when you have a job that keeps you moving. You enjoy having many “balls in the air” and you work in a structured manner even when the pace is high.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ordering and handling clothing and equipment for production
• Inventory and updating stock balances in relevant systems
• Ongoing collaboration with colleagues in production and other departments
• Ensuring good order and structure in logistics

Who Are You?

• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Have good computer and system skills
• Have previous experience in warehouse or production work
• Have a completed high school diploma

The work is Monday to Friday during the day. This is also a temporary position for parental leave.
