We continue to grow with increased volumes and a wider range of products. We are now looking for a warehouse and logistics manager who wants to help drive the development of our warehouse and logistics flow.

Thai Fong is a leading player in Asian food in Sweden. We import and distribute high-quality products from Southeast Asia and East Asia. As the warehouse and logistics manager at Thai Fong, you will play a central role in our continued growth journey. You will be responsible for warehouse and logistics in daily operations. You will ensure efficient and sustainable processes through clear structure and planning. Your focus will be on developing workflows, creating structure, and leading the team. You will do this in a way that fosters engagement, well-being, and good results.

You will work closely with purchasing and management to ensure a smooth overall flow, from receiving goods to outgoing transport. This is a role for someone who thrives in a growing business, where you can combine operational work with streamlining routines and processes.

• Be responsible for daily operations and planning of warehouse and logistics.
• Lead and motivate the team. Ensure efficient and sustainable workflows.
• Coordinate transports. Ensure that deliveries are made on time and according to applicable requirements.
• Develop and follow up on routines, processes, and key performance indicators. Contribute to increased structure and quality.
• Contribute to close cooperation between warehouse, purchasing, and management for a smooth overall flow.

• Has experience in warehouse and logistics work in a leading role.
• Has good familiarity with digital warehouse systems and basic IT skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license and forklift license A/B and is a skilled forklift operator.
• Is used to working in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment and has a solution-oriented approach.
  

Meritorious

• Education in warehouse and logistics.
• Experience with Business Central or Tasklet.
• Experience operating a reach truck.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics work within the food industry.
• Experience structuring and developing warehouse and logistics processes in a growing business.
