Karossan continues to grow and is now looking for a warehouse manager who wants to be a central part of the company's development. Here you will have a role with great responsibility, varied tasks, and an important function in the entire flow of the business.

About the position This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that Karossan intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. Karossan Invest AB is one of Sweden's leading specialists in vehicle interiors and constructions. The company performs assembly, welding, sheet metal, plastic, and painting work as well as electrical installations. Karossan was founded in 1944 as a carpentry shop with Scania as its largest customer – they simply built truck cabins out of wood. As the automotive industry has developed, Karossan has also grown, with more customers and more advanced assignments.

Today, about 35 people work in the business, with production located in Södertälje. Among the customers are Mercedes, the Armed Forces, the Police, the Rescue Service, Relacom, SVT, Telia, and Volkswagen. Karossan stands for quality, craftsmanship, and innovative solutions – from idea to finished vehicle superstructure.

Job responsibilities

As a warehouse manager at Karossan, you are responsible for creating order, efficiency, and good service throughout the warehouse flow. You work with receiving and dispatching goods, registration and documentation, as well as quality control of incoming and outgoing materials. You organize the warehouse, manage spare parts from the webshop and email, and are responsible for packing and delivery preparations. The role also includes purchasing selected items and supplies, scrap handling, ongoing cleaning and order, as well as inventory. You also prepare pallets with materials for specific constructions and actively contribute to the company's work with environmental and quality standards. The work also involves some heavy lifting and active work in the daily operations.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient handling during the receipt and delivery of goods

• Maintain order, structure, and safety in the warehouse

• Register, document, and quality assure incoming and outgoing goods

• Manage spare parts orders, packing, and preparations for delivery

• Conduct purchases of selected items and supplies

• Perform recycling, waste management, and maintenance of scrap

• Be responsible for regular inventory and follow-up of stock levels

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in similar work within warehousing or logistics
• Category B driver's license
• Valid forklift license
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
