Professionals Nord is seeking, on behalf of Sobi, a Transport & Trade Compliance Coordinator. You will work as a consultant through our staffing operations for approximately 12 months.

This is a varied and developing role where you will be an important part of securing the entire supply chain for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals. You will work both operationally and coordinatively and have close collaboration with internal and external partners.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating international transport of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products
• Planning and monitoring transport flows in collaboration with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining transport schedules and managing deviations, NCs, and CAPA follow-ups
• Supporting invoice management and tracking of transport costs
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external logistics partners
• Ensuring that all transports are conducted in accordance with regulations such as GxP, customs legislation, and export control

• A university degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or similar
• Experience in logistics for cold chain / temperature-controlled products
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with systems

• Have experience from the pharmaceutical industry
• Have worked with customs procedures or international shipping regulations
