Job Information
Professionals Nord is seeking, on behalf of Sobi, a Transport & Trade Compliance Coordinator. You will work as a consultant through our staffing operations for approximately 12 months.
Responsibilities
This is a varied and developing role where you will be an important part of securing the entire supply chain for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals. You will work both operationally and coordinatively and have close collaboration with internal and external partners.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating international transport of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products
- Planning and monitoring transport flows in collaboration with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining transport schedules and managing deviations, NCs, and CAPA follow-ups
- Supporting invoice management and tracking of transport costs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external logistics partners
- Ensuring that all transports are conducted in accordance with regulations such as GxP, customs legislation, and export control
We are looking for someone who has
- A university degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or similar
- Experience in logistics for cold chain / temperature-controlled products
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Very good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with systems
It is a plus if you
- Have experience from the pharmaceutical industry
- Have worked with customs procedures or international shipping regulations
