RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Ramp Agent, you will work in the daily operational activities that manage all tasks around an aircraft's arrival and departure. Whether you are unloading or loading baggage, manually or with equipment, you are a pair of safe hands ensuring that the luggage is in the right place at the right time. You will perform inspections of equipment and aircraft and report any faults discovered by managing the required documentation. By following airline-specific procedures, you prioritize our customers and their customers' needs in everything you do.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU?

• Customer and safety focus
• Clear, confident, and honest communication
• A respectful, friendly, and supportive approach
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
• Completed high school education or equivalent training as assessed by the employer
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Willingness to work shifts, early mornings as well as late evenings
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Category C driver's license is a merit

To be employed, you must undergo a security clearance with the Swedish Transport Agency and SÄPO with a positive result.

Start date: Course starts in spring 2026.

Employment begins with a comprehensive training program lasting about 3 weeks, where theory and practice are combined. You must be able to attend all training days.

Working hours: Shift work, which means working days, evenings, and weekends. Additional compensation according to applicable collective agreements.

Scope: Hourly employment during training and double shifts, which then transitions to a fixed-term employment with an 80% shift employment rate with very good chances for extension!

Number of positions: Several.
