AUTO1 is expanding in the Nordics - we are now looking for you who want to help build our logistics network and contribute to efficient car deliveries. We are looking for two junior logistics and delivery coordinators for our newly opened logistics center, where you will have a unique chance to be part of the start and shape the work together with our logistics team!

About the role:

As a junior logistics and delivery coordinator, you will be a central part of our Operations team, ensuring that logistics and deliveries run smoothly. The role combines practical work at the logistics center with administrative tasks and process improvements. You will ensure that the daily operations at the logistics center function smoothly and that each car is ready for the next step in the transport and delivery process. You will be involved in everything from receiving and registering cars to planning and data management.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Receiving and managing incoming cars and ensuring correct registration in our systems.
  • Receiving and registering incoming cars, including checking condition and documentation.
  • Preparing cars for delivery so that each customer receives the right vehicle on time.
  • Performing simpler practical tasks such as tire changes, jump-starting, and battery charging.
  • Contributing to inventory, delivery, and other administration at the logistics center.

The role does not require advanced car knowledge, but it is a great advantage if you have a strong interest and good understanding of cars, either through previous experience in the industry or as a personal interest.

  • Have a genuine interest in cars and/or logistics processes.
  • Are structured and meticulous, with the ability to keep track of both practical and administrative tasks.
  • Are easy to collaborate with colleagues, customers, and other teams within the organization.
  • Are service-oriented and can handle both standard inquiries and more complex situations in a solution-focused manner.
  • Speak Swedish and English fluently.

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career, preferably with some experience in administrative or support-related tasks. Experience in logistics or working with administrative flows is a plus, but not a requirement - the most important thing is your interest, commitment, and willingness to develop in the role.

About the position

The position is full-time (40h/week) with working hours Monday to Friday and involves a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. In this role, you will be based in Arlandastad and work closely with both the local team and our Operations team at the head office in Alviks Strand.
