We are looking for a Team Manager for the evening shift for our client in Brunna. In this role, you will lead the operations during the shift and guide the team towards set goals and the overall strategy for the department.

You will have personnel responsibility for a group of approximately 25 people and a results responsibility linked to the department's KPIs. You will be present in the operational work and actively work to improve and streamline the production flow. Together with the department's Team Managers and Shift Manager, you will steer and lead the development of quality, efficiency, health, work environment, and safety.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work within the team in collaboration with the department's Shift Manager and the company's policies.

• Coach employees to achieve their goals and development plans.

• Lead improvement work within efficiency and development in the department.

• Responsible for delivery quality and achieving set KPIs.

• Communicate overarching strategies and break them down into individual goals.

• Be responsible for daily communication and information to employees.

• Work closely with your employees and support them in their daily work.

We are looking for someone with leadership experience who thrives in an environment where quick adjustments and decisions are often necessary, preferably from warehousing and logistics. You have experience working with Daily Management, 5S, and LEAN. As a person, you are confident in your skills and leadership, good at communicating, and enjoy an operational leadership role where you work daily with your team towards set goals. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
