CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues for Norsborg/Tumba.

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Hold a B driving license or a moped license.
• Enjoy physical work.
• Are comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

Experience from similar work is an advantage, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00–16:30.

• The workday begins with preparations for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and parcels.
• Afterwards, the delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use electric bicycles during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.
• Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment Type

The position is a so-called hourly employment, where each work shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work with varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would appreciate it if you are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 SEK (incl. 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excl. 12% vacation pay).
