We are now looking for a Group Manager within ICA Warehouse and Logistics in Stockholm, Viby. The position is permanent and involves broad responsibility in a business where group managers together lead the entire unit.

About the role

As a Group Manager, you have overall responsibility for personnel, working environment, and our joint delivery capability. Together with your fellow group managers, you are responsible for the whole picture - planning, follow-up, development, and results. The role places high demands on independence, collaboration, and the ability to make decisions in everyday life.

You lead your personnel group of approximately 30 warehouse employees through an present, coaching, and engaging leadership style. You build trust, create engagement, and give your employees the prerequisites to grow and succeed. At the same time, you drive the business forward and create results together with your team.

Your responsibilities as a Group Manager include:

• Personnel responsibility for warehouse employees and actively working with well-being, performance, and development
• Lead and distribute work and ensure a stable and efficient delivery
• Work systematically with working environment, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Follow up on goals, results, and key figures and initiate improvements
• Coach and develop employees through clear feedback and expectations
• Collaborate closely with your fellow group managers and other functions within ICA Logistics
• Contribute to high process compliance and continuous improvement work

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in leading larger personnel groups with full personnel responsibility
• Experience from warehousing, logistics, or other production operations
• Experience in systematic working environment work
• Good digital competence (Teams, Excel, Word, and business systems)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish, both orally and in writing

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• Experience with Lean
• Post-secondary education in leadership, logistics, HR, or equivalent.

What happens now?
