We are now looking for a new driver for our service department. SYNLAB is constantly evolving, and we want you to grow with us.

About the role and your development
As a driver with us, you are responsible for ensuring our customers receive the service they expect. You ensure that delivery routines are followed and that the work is done as efficiently as possible. You have frequent customer contact and inform about changes and deviations. The role also includes maintenance and care of the distribution vehicle. Since some of our routes are not full days, you will also assist with other tasks in our service department.

About you
Experience with courier driving, service work, and ADR 1.3 is advantageous. The position is within an accredited operation where great importance is placed on standardized working methods and high quality in the work we perform for our clients. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, quality-conscious, self-motivated, and driven. As we are a service function to the laboratory departments, it is required that you have excellent teamwork skills.

The laboratory's work is governed by documents that are mostly written in Swedish, so you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Work is primarily during daytime on weekdays, but weekend work may occur.
• Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement.
• Salary: According to agreement.
• We have a collective agreement.
