About the Role

We are looking for experienced moving staff who can work independently from day one. You will assist private individuals and businesses with their moves – a physical and varied job where you meet new people every day.

Responsibilities:

• Carry and transport furniture, boxes, and belongings
• Load and unload moving trucks
• Perform basic assembly and disassembly of furniture

Who We Are Looking For

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already knows the moving industry and does not require micromanagement.

• Experience in the moving industry – a mandatory requirement, not just a bonus
• Reliable and punctual; we count on you to show up and deliver results
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and accountability
• Service-oriented and thrives in a team environment
• Flexible with working hours (day, evening, or weekend)

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Good physical condition and experience with manual labor
• Basic Swedish for customer communication

Nice to Have:

• Eligible for employment subsidies through the Swedish Public Employment Service (wage subsidy, start-up job, or similar)
• Access to a personal vehicle
• Proficiency in English or other languages
