Operations Manager at PreZero

PreZero is part of the circular transition and works every day for a more sustainable future. We are now looking for an operations manager for the collection of pumpable waste for Stockholm Water and Waste. In this role, you will have an important responsibility in daily operations and become a central contact point for both drivers, customers, and internal functions.

About the position

As an operations manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational activities within the collection of pumpable waste. The role is both operational and administrative, with a strong focus on planning, follow-up, and leadership. You will work closely with drivers, act as a contact person for customers and internally, and collaborate with occupational safety coordinators on personnel and workplace safety issues. The work is largely conducted from the office via phone and email, with elements of problem-solving, deviation management, and follow-up.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of collecting pumpable waste for Stockholm Water and Waste
• Develop, plan, lead, and follow up daily routines
• Lead and distribute the daily work for drivers
• Ensure effective resource utilization of personnel and equipment
• Be the contact person for customers and internal functions
• Handle complaints, deviations, and follow-up
• Work on workplace safety issues in collaboration with occupational safety coordinators
• Ensure that work is conducted safely and according to applicable routines

• Experience in leadership

• At least a high school education
• Good computer skills
