Your upcoming role
The task of Production Support is to ensure a well-functioning material supply within SJ Stockholmståg. As a warehouse employee, you will ensure quality-assured inventory management and that the transportation of materials to the depots maintains the lowest possible logistics cost. You will work in the system support Maximo where you will handle incoming deliveries and place orders.
Other tasks include:
Participate in the depots' planning and production meetings
Monitor and secure materials for planned production in the depot
Pick / deliver to the requesting unit
Inventory - stock counting of stored items
Perform unloading and loading with a counterbalance forklift
The position is full-time based in our depot in Bro, but work in other depots may occur as needed. The position may involve evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Expectations for the candidate we are looking for
To succeed in this role, it is important that you feel confident in yourself and your role. You are willing to take responsibility for your work even when it may not always be entirely correct. We believe that you are communicative and service-oriented as you will have daily contact with other depots and internal contacts.
Furthermore, you have:
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
At least two years of experience in warehouse operations
High school diploma or equivalent education
Forklift license A1-A4-B1-B4
Driving license B
Good computer skills
It is an advantage if you have:
Previous experience with Maximo
Forklift license B6
