We at Libera are now recruiting a Transport Manager for Optimera's logistics center in Rosersberg.

The Assignment

As a transport manager at Optimera, you will play a central role in planning, leading, and following up on their daily transports. You will work closely with drivers, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine your operational drive with your technical understanding to optimize the transport flow.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Maintain close dialogue with drivers and external partners
• Manage and analyze driving data, map views, and environmental data in Co-drivers
• Independently build and develop working methods in Excel to improve efficiency and follow-up
• Work with customer service, order registration, and handling of deviations
• Respond to invoice queries and ensure correct documentation
• Ensure that deliveries occur on time, at the right place, and in the right way
• Plan transports considering weight and volume capacity

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is confident in an operational role and enjoys having many points of contact. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have a good ability to make decisions on the spot.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in transport management within a smaller haulage company
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience in creating solutions for follow-up and analysis
• Experience in calculating weight and volume capacity of different vehicles for route optimization
• Experience working in ERP systems and similar tools
• The ability to analyze data and translate it into practical improvements

Experience from local transport companies is an advantage, as well as a background as a driver with an understanding of everyday life on the roads.
