Job Description

Clearance Broker Associate – FedEx Arlanda

We are now looking for 2 employees for our department at Arlanda.

As a Clearance Broker (customs declarant), you will work closely with authorities and ensure that correct information is provided in our customs declarations.

You will prepare and compile formal documentation electronically using our internal data systems for all incoming and outgoing goods from and to countries outside the EU.

Good communication skills are a requirement as there is regular customer contact via phone and email, and we prefer that you have experience working in a busy office environment as we follow and work towards critical deadlines every day.

You are solution-oriented and driven by delivering good service.

Training

Will be provided in the use of our internal data systems and there will also be external training to ensure that the customs declarations meet the requirements for us as agents.

You need to have computer skills and dexterity. Previous experience in the industry, customs competence, and other administrative tasks are advantageous.

You will be part of a cheerful and ambitious team with a strong sense of collaboration and cohesion, and for the right person, the development opportunities are very good!

Working Hours

Day, afternoon/evening, and weekend work may occur.

Minimum Requirements

Have a high school education

Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form are required

Knowledge of the Office package

About the Employment

Salary type: Fixed monthly or hourly wage according to collective agreement.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Opportunity to work hybrid 2 days a week.
