For new assignments in Stockholm, Alova is now looking for an Operations Technician with good experience in the profession and a high sense of service.

OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN - ALOVA FASTIGHETSTEKNIK AB, STOCKHOLM

As an Operations Technician, you plan your daily work independently and carry out assignments either alone or with your colleagues. Your main tasks consist of preventive and corrective maintenance work on the properties involved in the assignments. Alova places great value on customer care and has long-lasting customer relationships thanks to a strong focus on technology and service.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and responsible with a strong technical interest and the ability to work solution-oriented. Furthermore, you enjoy and are motivated by a varied and diverse practical job with days filled with maintenance work and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of technical installations
• Ensure that tenants and their visitors have a welcoming property and receive good indoor comfort
• Maintain good energy management
• Ensure that energy monitoring is updated monthly and drive energy monitoring
• Propose preventive measures and maintenance to reduce energy costs in the properties
• Participate in authority inspections and energy declarations
• Be available for the client's contact persons regarding other issues that arise daily

Experience:

• At least 3 years of practical experience in the property industry
• At least 3 years of experience in the service profession
• Very good knowledge of HVAC and property technology
• At least a 2-year education in operation and maintenance technology (equivalent to the level of Property Technician SeQF 6 in post-secondary education)
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

Meritorious:

• Education in property automation, HVAC, or similar
• Electrical authorization
• Driver's license B
