About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a janitor for our client - an organization that is a central part of the public administration. The position is located in central Stockholm.

Your tasks

You will be part of the internal service and contribute to ensuring that the workplace functions smoothly for both employees and visitors. You will work in a secure organization with a strong team spirit, where responsibility, quality, and collaboration are natural parts of everyday life. The work environment is characterized by a forward-looking attitude, structure, and helpfulness.

Your tasks will include:

• Handling cases in the case management system
• Setting up workplaces (furniture, IT equipment, etc.)
• Rearranging for meetings and conferences
• Handling mail, packages, and fruit baskets
• Supervision and minor fixes in premises (light sources, order in meeting and copying rooms, recycling)
• Escorting suppliers
• Driving in city traffic with cars and vans

The work also involves some physical tasks such as lifting furniture and packages.

Your qualities

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping others. You are stable, reliable, and take responsibility for your work with a careful and structured approach. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team while also working independently when needed. You are flexible and can easily adapt when circumstances change or when new tasks arise.

Qualifications:

• Six (6) months of work experience as a janitor
• Basic IT skills
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred:

• Forklift license

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months with the ambition to extend for another 6 months. Start date 2026-01-12.
