We are in an exciting phase of expansion and are looking for someone who wants to help develop our business. As the exclusive operator for MAN's trucks and buses in Sweden, we offer an environment where you can work closely with modern technology, knowledgeable colleagues, and a business with high ambitions.

As a team leader with us, you will have a central role. You will be the daily link between mechanics, planning & management — and you will be responsible for ensuring that the workshop operates efficiently, structured, and with top quality. Here, you will both lead, support, plan, and at the same time be close to the technology.

Your main tasks will be:

• Lead, distribute, and follow up on the daily work in the workshop
• Ensure that planning and timelines are adhered to
• Support mechanics in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs
• Be responsible for ensuring that resources, materials, and staffing are in place
• Create structure, order, and efficiency in the workshop flow

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a vehicle technical education
• Has experience with heavy vehicles and/or buses
• Has good communication skills and clear Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a B driver's license (C/D is a merit)

Meritorious:

• Experience in leading or supervisory roles
• Electrical/high voltage competence
• AC certification and/or CNG training
