For new assignments in central and southern Stockholm, Alova is now looking for Property Technicians with a few years of experience in the profession and a strong sense of service. The new assignments include services in residential and commercial properties.

PROPERTY TECHNICIAN FOR CITY AND SOUTHERN DISTRICT - ALOVA PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY AB, STOCKHOLM

We are looking for a Property Technician for a commercial assignment on the southern side of Stockholm and a Property Technician for assignments primarily within residential areas in central Stockholm!

As a Property Technician, you plan your day independently and carry out assignments either alone or together with your colleagues. Your main tasks consist of preventive and corrective maintenance work on the properties of the assignments. Alova places a high value on customer care and has long-term customer relationships thanks to a strong focus on technology and service.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and responsible with a strong technical interest and the ability to work solution-oriented. Furthermore, you enjoy and are motivated by a varied and diverse practical job with days filled with maintenance work and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of installations in common and technical areas
• Ensure that tenants receive good indoor comfort
• Maintain good energy management
• Perform corrective maintenance on installations and in common areas
• Participate in authority inspections
• Be responsible for SBA work (systematic fire protection work)

Experience:

• 1-3 years of practical experience in the property industry
• 1-2 years of experience in the service profession
• Good knowledge of HVAC and property technology
• At least 1 year of education in property technology
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

Meritorious:

• Education in property automation or similar
• Electrical certification
• Driving license B
