About the operation:

MIVA day activity is an LSS operation aimed at people with various disabilities. Our premises are centrally located in Vallentuna, and we offer several different types of activities such as media group, training rooms and groups, creation rooms, sensory rooms, environmental tours, café operations, sorting workshops, and a second-hand store. The employees themselves are involved in influencing which activities are carried out.

We have 9 permanent staff members, and as pedagogical support, there is a coordinator with pedagogical responsibility shared with two other operations.

Job Responsibilities:

The work involves supporting individuals with autism, neuropsychiatric disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and mental health issues. As a support assistant, you support our participants during their workday, both in working independently and actively helping with various tasks. The job also requires flexibility and innovative thinking to motivate customers in their daily lives and to be there as a coach and security.

The schedule is Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

• Trained nursing assistant, childcare worker, or equivalent education deemed relevant by the employer
• Knowledge of disabilities, especially neuropsychiatric, psychiatric, and intellectual disabilities
• Proficiency in the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Computer skills are required as we document and communicate digitally
• Experience working within LSS is an advantage

The employment is a permanent position at 70% with a start date by agreement. We apply individual salary setting, and a probationary period may be applied.
