Your mission

Our four cozy senior centers in Finntorp, Ektorp, Saltsjöbaden, and Saltsjö-Boo are meeting places where care, community, and quality are at the center. Here, there are somatic and dementia departments, social activities, and day services. Each residence has its own kitchen with chefs and meal assistants who prepare food from scratch. We create a safe and positive environment where every individual is important. As a senior care assistant, you will be a significant part of this work. You help the elderly live a dignified life and feel secure. Your tasks are varied and include care, medication delegation, basic wound care, supervision, alarm management, and documentation.

Working hours: day, evening, weekend (07:00–21:00) or night (21:00–07:00).

As a substitute, you will take over a regular employee's fixed schedule. The summer period runs from mid-June to the end of September.

Your experience

Requirements:
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
- Senior
- Experience in elderly care or care
- Education in health and care

Meritorious:
- Experience with somatic and dementia patients
- Familiarity with documentation and computers

We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and has a natural sense of service. You have good physical ability and a big heart for the elderly – your experience and security make a significant difference with us.

As a temporary employee, you are hired by the Staff Competence Supply, which is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the quality of staffing for care personnel during short-term absences and monthly substitutes.
