Do you want to help open Kry's new clinic in Sickla and lead it as a clinic manager? Kry is now looking for an ENT specialist doctor who wants to combine clinical work with the role of clinic manager and start up a brand new ENT clinic in Sickla. This is not a traditional medical position. This is an opportunity for you who want to combine clinical work and personnel responsibility with entrepreneurship!

About the role of clinic manager at the new ENT clinic As the clinic manager for Kry's new ENT clinic, you will be responsible for the clinic's staff, work environment, and finances while continuing to work clinically and receive, investigate, and treat patients according to the region's assignment. You will be a key person in the establishment of the clinic and have the opportunity to set structure, culture, and direction. You will be part of a management team where you will receive support from experienced clinic managers and report to the regional manager. This is a unique opportunity to take on significant responsibility, influence, and develop both the operations and the care. You will also work in a company that is accustomed to starting and developing operations. You will be offered mentorship from a colleague with extensive experience in starting and developing new units, which provides both security and inspiration in the role. The clinic will be located in Quranten in Sickla, a modern building where several healthcare operations coexist under one roof. The area is a growing district with good communication to all of Stockholm. • confident in your clinical competence

Meritorious

• experience in outpatient care within ENT

• previous experience in starting or developing operations

• experience in personnel responsibility
