JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your placement will be in the café at the city hall in Ronneby.

Here, you will be part of a team of four colleagues, one of whom is a work supervisor with overall operational and supervisory responsibility for the group.

We are looking for someone with a burning interest in service and knowledge of food hygiene and experience in café operations. Your tasks will include preparing breakfast buffets and simple lunch options as well as handling coffee orders. You will also place orders with suppliers and perform daily dishwashing and cleaning. You are expected to organize and improve work methods together with your colleagues.

You will be involved in developing the operations, ensuring that set goals are achieved and guidelines are followed, and contributing to and working for a good working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with some form of kitchen education or other education that the employer deems equivalent.

You have good knowledge of self-control and food hygiene. The job requires good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing as well as good computer skills.

We would like you to have previous professional experience as a café assistant. Experience from the public sector is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is a secure and independent person and who has the ability to support your colleagues in daily work. You have initiative and can plan and structure your work as needed.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
