We are looking for someone who is ready for a challenge in the form of a part-time job. You are driven and curious, willing to share yourself, and love to work both in a team and independently. You dare to take initiative and notice the small details that matter in the big picture and are not afraid to handle many things at once. The position requires that you are at least 20 years old, according to current legislation regarding serving responsibilities, as serving alcohol is part of the job.

It is also an advantage if you: - Have experience in hotel or reception work - Have experience with the hotel system MEWS - Have experience in other service professions, such as retail or restaurant - Are comfortable working with computers, technical solutions, and systems The role of the receptionist:

In the reception team of about ten people, we work closely together to develop the business, ourselves, and guest interactions. We welcome you if you have ideas, see opportunities instead of problems, and want to do everything with your colleagues to make guests feel at home. The tasks include check-in and check-out, as well as administration, customer service, answering phone calls and emails, and of course taking care of guests on-site. We also work across departments and assist colleagues in the restaurant and housekeeping when needed. The reception is the heart of the hotel and the spider in the web, so you are responsible for ensuring that the guest has the best possible experience and that our colleagues in other departments have the information they need to do their part. About the position:

We are currently offering a position as a part-time receptionist equivalent to 20%, where you will be scheduled every other weekend, during the day and evening. In addition, you may be called in as needed. It may also be possible to schedule an additional day per week by agreement. The position starts on November 1st with training during October. We are covered by the collective agreement of the Hotel and Restaurant Union, and salary will be set accordingly.
