THE ROLE As Head Chef at Stars and Stripes Karlskrona, you will lead a kitchen team focused on quality, efficiency, and joy in cooking. You will be responsible for daily operations, developing menus, and ensuring that our kitchen delivers top-class results every day. The role may expand, and you will be an active part of launching new units in our future expansion.

You will be an integral part of our management team and play an important role in shaping and developing our food concept within Stars and Stripes.

THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT Creating and developing daily menus, leading teams, good knowledge of raw materials, structured and solution-oriented, creative, conceptual skills, economic knowledge in scheduling and staffing planning, good communication skills, computer skills in cost calculations and order lists.
