You will be employed by us and hired to perform regular tasks as a case officer in elderly care. You will be responsible for investigating, assessing needs, and making decisions about assistance for individuals aged 65 and older, primarily according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Follow-up of interventions is also part of the job. The work requires sensitivity to the needs of the elderly and involves close collaboration with our client's employees. You will receive daily support from a team leader and a senior case officer.

Even if a municipality is mentioned in the ad, assignments may be located elsewhere.
