Nurses Wanted for Trosa Municipality

We are now looking for nurses who can work during the summer and also nurses who are interested in extra work as needed throughout the year. As a nurse in home healthcare in the small archipelago municipality of Trosa, you will have a varied life with exciting meetings in a beautiful environment.

The health and medical care unit has close contact with the health center in Trosa. There are short decision-making paths, and you also have geographical proximity to both colleagues in other professional groups and patients. You will be part of a unit with great job satisfaction and good cohesion. Currently, there are 25 nurses, six occupational therapists, four physiotherapists, and two nursing assistants working in the health and medical care unit. We help each other both within the work team and between different professional groups in other units. We care for each other and maintain a work climate where everyone's opinions and input are appreciated and encouraged. A desire to continue developing and learning characterizes the operation, and we dare to try new paths.

WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE AS A NURSE ENTAIL?

In Trosa municipality, we can offer an independent and varied job where you as a nurse are available around the clock. We work based on individual needs, and flexibility is an important piece of the puzzle for the whole to function. You will perform and be responsible for assessments, medication, and nursing interventions. Documentation in the operational system Treserva is included.

We are looking for substitutes who can work day, evening, and night shifts, especially during the summer.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You who are applying are/have:

• licensed nurse
• ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• good computer and documentation skills
• driving license (B)

You as a person are good at leading yourself while also having good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team, contributing to a good atmosphere and team spirit. You are service-oriented, empathetic, and have a good approach to everyone you meet.
