The position entails: Permanent employment of 32 hours per week, probationary employment applies.

Start date: 2026-01-05 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Halmstad Söndrum! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.

Here is a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the varied daily operations in the fresh produce department. You can expect to get many steps on your pedometer!
• You will ensure that our refrigerators and shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.
• You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You will help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.

• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• You have good IT and computer skills, are meticulous, and have no problem navigating various systems.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
