Then you could be our new Sales Representative!

We are currently looking for employees for our Service Trade and Local Care who work with brands such as OLW, Santa Maria, Mars, etc. at ICA Nära and service stores, in the Halland/Norra Skåne/Västra Småland district and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a sales representative, you will drive sales for our suppliers in your district. You are responsible for proactively creating growth for both the store, the client, and Conaxess Trade.

Your main tasks will include:
* building a good and business-like relationship with store buyers
* working based on the established sales cycle plan and set budget goals
* ensuring good distribution of our products
* creating sales-promoting displays in-store

Qualifications

In addition to loving to do business, we believe the following keywords are crucial for success as a sales representative with us:

* Good analytical ability
* Positive attitude and good collaboration skills

We prefer that you have experience as a salesperson and/or have worked in the grocery trade.

We offer you an exciting and varied everyday life, with many meetings. You will report to the Sales Manager and be part of a nationwide team that meets a few times a year for developing and inspiring conferences.

We have a collective agreement with Swedish Trade and offer a fixed monthly salary, bonuses, wellness benefits, and a company car.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, and we always apply a 6-month probationary period.
