In the role of operation technician, you are an important part of Huge's operations, and your days will be filled with collaboration with customers, colleagues, and contractors, while you are responsible for daily supervision, maintenance, and operational optimization of the technical installations in Huge's properties. You will be part of a dedicated and competent team where collaboration with the management organization is central, and you are expected to contribute with data and proposals for the properties' maintenance plans. With a systematic approach, you strive to reduce energy consumption and ensure a good indoor climate for Huge's tenants, while representing and conveying the company's values in your daily work.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a 6-month probationary period. Selection and interviews will take place continuously, and the position may therefore be filled before the application period has expired – so please submit your application as soon as possible!

ABOUT THE POSITION

The main responsibilities/tasks for this position include:

• Supervision and maintenance of technical installations.

• Operational and energy optimization of technical systems to minimize the properties' energy consumption.

• Monitoring of energy statistics and alarm management for the properties.

• Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of technical installations.

• Minor adjustment work on the technical installations.

• Participate in property inspections.

• Provide proposals and data to management regarding planned maintenance.

• Be involved in operational and maintenance planning.

• Participate in review meetings with management.

• Facility manager for fire and sprinkler systems.

• Daily contact with customers and contractors.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with training as an operation technician or other equivalent technical education in a relevant field. You have several years of experience as an operation technician and are accustomed to supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems. A driver's license and good computer skills are required. Experience with computerized control and monitoring systems, energy optimization, and work with cooling, ventilation, heating, fire, and sprinkler systems is considered an advantage.
