Job Description

We are currently seeking several dedicated and meticulous process operators for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry in Kungsängen. In this role, you will be an important part of a production team where quality and safety are always the focus. The work is scheduled in two shifts and is suitable for those who enjoy working in a high-tech environment where precision is a prerequisite for success.

As a process operator, you have a broad responsibility that includes planning and executing various manufacturing steps in strict accordance with applicable instructions and documentation. Your daily tasks also include responsibility for cleaning, maintenance, and handling of equipment, materials, and facilities to maintain the highest standards. You will continuously document production in the operational system, conduct rounds, and actively participate in qualifications, testing, and improvement work. The role also involves monitoring the operation of, among other things, RO water and wastewater treatment, as well as following specific safety procedures such as ATEX and ERT. By coordinating production with other departments and reporting deviations, you contribute to a safe and efficient working environment while supporting your colleagues during onboarding and training.

To succeed in this role, you have a completed upper secondary education and experience in production, with a background in the pharmaceutical industry being a significant advantage. Since the work requires meticulous documentation and communication, you need to have very good skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Qualifications required for the position:

• Education: Upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in production, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Language skills: Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Meritorious: Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is meritorious.
• Personal characteristics: Important characteristics include collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
