Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 250 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Being the property owner's face to the tenants, ensuring they receive good service and a functioning environment.
• Conducting rounds with corrective maintenance of properties and addressing incoming reports of issues.
• Independently performing most, including advanced, technical work in supervision, maintenance, preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance as well as SBA.
• Independently troubleshooting technical installations and equipment.
• Carrying out actions and documenting according to established routines.

Who Are You?

You have:

• Several years of experience in independent technical property operations.
• Facility technician education or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
• Experience in independent work in various types of properties.
• Experience in frequent contact with tenants.
• Experience working with various property technical systems.
• Experience in one of the areas: control and regulation, electricity, cooling, HVAC, energy, or fire safety.
• Experience handling medical gas.
• Driver's license (B).
