Technician for Alarm Patrol in Nacka Municipality

Your Mission

The Alarm Patrol is responsible for approximately 1,800 security alarms and a growing number of security cameras for night customers in Nacka Municipality. The customers are individuals who have been granted security alarms or security cameras according to assistance decisions, primarily the elderly, but also others in need of support at home. You will be part of the night and alarm patrol, working to create security and support around the clock.

As a technician, you will primarily work with service, installation, troubleshooting of security alarms, and installing security cameras at customers' homes in Nacka. The work also includes administrative tasks, such as technical support, work in digital systems, and phone contact with customers, home care services, case managers, and external suppliers. You will plan your workday based on incoming cases and needs.

The role is under development, and you have the opportunity to influence working methods and contribute ideas on how we can improve technology and routines.

Working hours are weekdays during the day from 07:30 to 16:00.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

Technical education or relevant equivalent at least at the high school level. We value practical experience and interest in technology.
Driver's license (B)
Good computer and Office skills
Very good Swedish in spoken and written form
Experience in creating guides, presentation materials, and preferably short instructional videos.

It is advantageous if you also have:

Experience with IT systems and basic technical troubleshooting
Experience in care and support or knowledge of the target group
Interest in scheduling and staffing

You are self-motivated, service-oriented, and enjoy varied tasks and customer contacts.
