It is a plus for you in this position if you have an interest in mechanics and electronics; the right personality that fits us is very important. The reason for this is that there are development opportunities within the company, to later train as a locksmith, security technician, alarm and access control system installer, but we take one step at a time.

Manufacturing keys and opening locks is all well and good, but what most people know about a locksmith has changed to now involve solutions for technical challenges.

What Låsassistans technicians can perform today can be compared to a range of different jobs that have now come together under one roof. For example, we program code locks via IP addresses, we control computers that manufacture keys, we perform lock work in wooden doors that resemble a carpenter's work, we create hidden pathways inside doors and walls for the cabling of modern locks, we are the ones who make a door open automatically in front of you, we connect electrical relays that start a sequence of several automated functions.

But we do not forget our origins; we still proudly handle a hammer, a vice, a file, and create, for example, an old key that cannot be made with modern technology today.

We work with a wide range of products including locks, code locks, access control systems, alarms, surveillance cameras, door automation, burglary protection, and fire protection. Our customers, whom you will be in contact with daily, have often been by our side since our start in 2012. The daily relationships and tasks should make the workday enjoyable, and together we will create results.

What does this job require from you?

As our jack-of-all-trades, no day is the same. You encounter new events every day that need to be solved. You receive small and large tasks, you have full control over your assigned tasks, starting small, and you ensure they are completed.

You also work practically with the manufacturing of lock cylinders and keys in our shop & lock workshop. You have a good memory and enjoy absorbing information. You understand that the regulations we work under take precedence over individual solutions.

NOTE! You need a B driver's license; please specify if you have a license for manual or automatic transmission.

Our shop and office are centrally located in Liljeholmskajen. Here you will be accompanied by a lovely small group of people. We aim for a positive atmosphere and a team spirit beyond the ordinary.
