Within the Business Unit Tech, we are about 250 employees working with technical property management and operations. We combine experience, curiosity, and collaboration to create sustainable solutions where the whole is always in focus. We are now strengthening our team north of Stockholm with a new colleague. About the role

As a property technician with us, you will:

• Independently perform technical work - preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance
• Identify and suggest improvements, energy-efficient solutions, and other development opportunities
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients and provide clear feedback
• Collaborate with operations colleagues and technical specialists

Who are you?

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical property management
• Relevant education in property management or equivalent competence through experience
• A valid driver's license - a requirement for the position
• Experience working independently in various types of properties
