About the Client Company

Our client in Mariestad is looking for an operational and present Team Leader within Supply Chain. The role is suitable for you who enjoys being close to production, has a background in industry or logistics, and wants to be the one who drives, plans, and coordinates the daily flow.

Your Responsibilities

As an Operational Team Leader, you will be a central part of the daily work within Supply Chain. You will work operationally to ensure that the entire Supply Chain flow functions as it should, being out in the operations daily, following up on production, coordinating both incoming and outgoing material flows, and ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time. You will collaborate closely with production, warehousing, planning, and transporters to create a smooth and stable flow throughout the chain.

Your Profile

The role involves significant responsibility for creating structure, maintaining logistics, and ensuring that materials and information move efficiently between different functions. The role will not involve personnel responsibility.

• Experience in similar work within industry or production environment
• Worked operationally and enjoy being close to the operations
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workflows
• Communicative, solution-oriented, and unpretentious
• A structured working style and ability to create stability in daily operations

Start: immediately/as agreed

The position is initially a probationary employment for 3 months.
