Your tasks As a goods receiver at Saab, you will become an important part of the Quality Inspection team and a central link in the material flow. You will work with receiving, registering, and further handling incoming materials, ensuring that production receives the right materials at the right time. Here, you will work in a high-tech environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus.

Your tasks include: • Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming goods • Registering and managing documentation and licenses in the business system • Internal transportation of materials to production • Responsibility for deliveries and, in some cases, transport booking • Handling supplier deviations together with the purchasing department • Forklift driving with counterbalance forklift • Close collaboration with other departments for smooth goods reception

Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in goods or material handling who thrives in a role where structure, safety, and quality are crucial. You are responsible, collaborative, and have a solution-focused approach.

To succeed in the role: • You should have experience in goods reception, warehouse work, or material handling • Forklift license (required) • Be meticulous and safety-conscious with a good ability to follow procedures • Positive attitude and good communication skills • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious: • Experience in deviation handling • Experience working in IFS or another business system

This position requires you to be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
