We are currently looking for two driven and structured quality controllers to join our dedicated quality team. With us, you will play a key role in ensuring that we meet and continuously develop high standards in the care, support, and services we provide at Humana.

About us

The Quality and Compliance Department in the business area of individuals, families, and elderly care wants to work together with you who are driven by development and improvement work. You will be part of a team of experts in quality and work closely with other functions including MAS, MAR, SAS, and system administrators in the quality area.

Our mission is to ensure the best possible conditions for care and support for individuals. Our goal is to be an adequate support for legal compliance, contract adherence, and systematic quality work.

About the position

You will work closely with the divisional management to communicate, implement, follow up, and analyze processes and results. This includes, among other things, that you:

  • drive the work of implementing guidelines and routines based on legal requirements and internal goals

  • compile, analyze, and present quality data such as deviations, effects of measures, results from stakeholder surveys, and self-assessments to identify areas for improvement

  • act as expert support to operations on issues related to quality and legislation

  • prepare and participate in internal and external audits

The position is flexible in terms of location.

Qualifications and educational requirements:

  • A university degree of at least 180 credits with a focus on social sciences, healthcare, care, or behavioral sciences.

Experience requirements

  • Experience working in care and support

  • Experience in project management within the quality area

  • It is an advantage if you have previous experience in project management or coordinating functions, and if you have had increased responsibility within quality work.

  • Experience working with systematic quality work in operations regulated by SOSFS 2011:9.

  • System-specific knowledge of Stratsys is a strength.

Knowledge requirements

  • Good knowledge of relevant legal provisions, specifically documentation

  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Good computer skills
