Are you passionate about food, order, and great customer experiences? At ICA Supermarket Fäladstorget, we are now looking for a shared deli manager who wants to help develop one of the store's most important departments. Here you will combine service, profitability, and have a keen eye for aesthetics - every day. About the position As a shared deli manager, you will work together with a colleague to ensure that the deli maintains high standards, feels inspiring, and is always ready for customers. You will keep track of everything from daily operations to assortment management, and you are an integral part of the store's overall success. We are looking for someone who has:

• A profitability mindset - you understand waste, margins, orders, and how your decisions affect the department's results.
• Good knowledge of AOB, routines, and store flows and you enjoy working in a structured and forward-thinking manner.
• A sharp eye for details and aesthetics - you can immediately see what needs to be corrected for the department to feel fresh and appealing.
• The ability to create a good atmosphere and collaborate closely with colleagues both in the deli and the rest of the store.
• A genuine commitment to food, service, and customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure operations, quality, and cleanliness in the deli.
• Order goods, follow up on key figures, and work proactively to reduce waste.
• Plan campaigns, seasons, and displays.
• Contribute to a safe and pleasant work environment and coach colleagues when needed.
• Create a positive customer experience through top-notch service and a well-maintained department.

Employment 

Salary according to agreement. The position is 75-100%, please indicate in your application how much you wish to work. One evening a week, chance for weekends, start as soon as possible.

The store's opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week.
