Your Profile

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who has the competence or is willing to learn to work with the instruments Assessment and Work Characteristics (AWC) and Assessment of Work Performance (AWP). You have experience in handling programs within the Office suite and good computer skills. As a person, you are self-driven, motivated by taking significant personal responsibility, and managing authority.

Your Tasks

Your work will be performed in the service Steps to Work where you meet job seekers with or without known disabilities who need their work conditions assessed.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Individual meetings and group meetings
• Coordinate and carry out the assignment to assess work conditions in work-life-like tasks
• Guide participants and map work conditions
• Conduct observations and document in a written report
• Plan and implement adjustments at work trial locations.
• Maintain close contact with the Employment Agency's specialists
• Perform administration related to the assignment
• Contribute to the further development of our operations
• Contribute to the inflow of participants
