ABOUT THE JOB
Are you 16 or 17 years old and looking for a meaningful job this summer? Do you want a job this summer where you can contribute to a higher quality of life for citizens in Lycksele Municipality? Then do not hesitate to send us your application! Support, care, and nursing have two areas looking for young people for summer jobs in 2026 – home care and special housing. In your application, you can express interest in working in one or both areas.
The tasks will include social interventions such as companionship, reading newspapers, cleaning, etc. Working hours will be scheduled during the day and in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations for young people. You will always work alongside regular staff.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who will turn 16 during 2026 and have completed your compulsory schooling. We consider it an advantage if you are studying in a care and nursing program or a similar education deemed equivalent by the employer, but the most important thing for us is that you have an interest and commitment to work with people and support them in their daily lives.
As a person, you find it easy to listen, empathize, and understand other people and their needs. You will be in daily contact with many people such as users, relatives, and staff, which requires good treatment and collaboration skills. Working with people means an exciting and changing everyday life, and therefore we believe you can easily adapt and prioritize tasks according to current conditions. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT
Duration: Summer substitute June – August.
Extent: approx. 6 hours/day or as agreed (but no more than 30 hours/week)
Start: As agreed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
