The rehabilitation unit is part of the social administration. At the rehabilitation unit, we work closely with other staff within care and support in the municipality's special accommodations, short-term accommodations, home healthcare, and home care, as well as for individuals with services according to LSS. The rehabilitation unit operates throughout Härjedalen as a workplace and is based in Funäsdalen, Hede, and Sveg.

Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period. Start date by agreement. Location: Sveg

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide good and safe care at all stages of life and identify and actively prevent health risks.
  • Be responsible for conducting physiotherapeutic assessments and follow-ups based on individual needs and conditions.
  • Collaborate closely in a team-based manner with occupational therapists, nurses, case managers, care staff, and relatives.
  • Documentation in the journal systems Viva and Cosmic.

The work requires independence as you will structure and plan your workdays on your own.

Working hours are during the day on weekdays.

As a physiotherapist, your work is characterized by a salutogenic approach with the individual user in focus. We work from a person-centered perspective and are an important part of the development and transition towards good and close care, where we increase focus on health-promoting and preventive work.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist.
  • Category B driver's license.

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience from municipal operations.

In addition to the appropriate educational level and experience, great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
