About the role You are the spider in the web regarding the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.

Getting to know the residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for accurate assessments and decisions.

Clear routines To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.

As a new nurse with us, you will participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction aimed at quickly getting into the work and our routines.

About Sofiagården Sofiagården is located in a cozy neighborhood in Södermalm, Stockholm, next to Vitabergsparken. We have 50 apartments, of which 30 places are dementia-focused and 20 places are somatic-focused.

You can easily reach us by public transport. Take bus line 2 to the Erstagatan stop or bus line 76 to the Åsögatan stop.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires that you have both an overview of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
