We are looking for employees who can work in our operation located in Arlandastad.
We operate 24/7, which means we have certain requirements for you as an applicant.
Security interviews will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen but may have a foreign background.
The following requirements apply to new potential employees:
· You must speak Swedish and English fluently
· You must be able to work daytime, evening, and weekends according to a schedule.
· You MUST pass a background check and security clearance, as the work takes place in such an area.
· Work in cold and frozen environments.
· As a person, you need to be meticulous and punctual.
· We provide training as needed.
About the position
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and important role within airline catering and equipment management. You will be responsible for checking, loading, and delivering catering goods and equipment to aircraft according to high quality and safety standards. The work is shift-based and requires good teamwork skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Control and Quality Assurance
- Follow instructions from the transport manager and assistant transport manager.
- Ensure that the correct equipment is used for the right airline.
- Check that meals meet customer requirements for all assigned flights.
- Inspect that flight boxes are correctly packed according to GLP standards.
- Quality control of food and equipment according to specifications.
- Monitor loading according to schedule, aircraft box times, and company policies.
- Measure and record food temperatures before delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to forklift drivers at the ramp and unit.
- Work safely when handling wet products or dry ice.
- Ensure that HACCP standards are followed.
- Report broken or damaged equipment and place them in designated boxes.
Tasks during Delivery / Handover
- Follow ATOS rules and regulations for airside work.
- Report incidents/accidents involving personnel, vehicles, or aircraft.
- Perform vehicle washing according to schedule at the unit or ramp.
- Contribute to timely and accurate delivery of catering to flights.
- Follow safety procedures, including checks, sealing, documentation.
- Ensure that customer products are handled hygienically and safely.
- Use and handle aviation equipment according to company standards.
- Wear work clothes and safety shoes according to company requirements – daily and correctly.
- Have a valid airside permit and report any issues.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Ensure that no materials or equipment are left in hazardous areas.
General job duties
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are handled safely.
- Follow QHSE regulations (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) and report risks.
- Participate in safety assessments and workplace environment work as needed.
- Perform other tasks as needed according to the manager's instructions.

- Can communicate in English and Swedish
- Have a valid driver's license (meritorious).
